Day 8. Had a good conversation this morning with Ruslan about building a sales team. Main conclusion: before scaling sales, I need a more stable go-to-market and marketing system first. Spent the rest of the day doing a mix of calls, LinkedIn posts, random work stuff, and honestly just chilling. Also started experimenting more with AI video generation today. Still trying to figure out what kind of content I actually want to make here. So yeah. Not every day is super productive or cinematic. But still showing up. Day 8.
