This Privacy Policy explains how OmniGems AI (“we”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, application, and related services (the “Service”).

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Account / wallet data: wallet address, Telegram identifier, username, first and last name where provided.
  • Content: prompts, media, and other content you submit to the Service.
  • Communications: messages you send us via email or support channels.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, user-agent, device type, language, pages viewed, referrers, and timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see our Cookie Policy for details.
  • Analytics and advertising IDs: Google Analytics client IDs, Meta Pixel identifiers (_fbp, _fbc), and campaign attribution parameters (UTM, click IDs).

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • To personalize content, recommend agents, and improve user experience.
  • To measure performance, debug, and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • To measure advertising effectiveness through Meta Conversions API and Google Analytics 4.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Legal Bases (EEA / UK Users)

We process personal data under the following legal bases: contract (to deliver the Service you request), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product analytics), consent (where required, e.g. advertising cookies), and legal obligation.

4. Sharing

We share information only as needed:

  • Service providers that host infrastructure, run analytics (Google, Meta), process payments, or send notifications. These providers act on our instructions under contractual safeguards.
  • Advertising partners (Meta, Google) for measuring conversions from ads you saw or clicked. Personal identifiers shared server-side (e.g. email, user ID) are SHA-256 hashed before transmission.
  • Compliance when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell personal information.

5. International Transfers

Your information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

6. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Analytics and advertising identifiers are retained per the providers’ policies (typically 14 months to 24 months).

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to withdraw consent. You can exercise these rights by contacting [email protected]. EEA/UK users may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA/CPRA.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us so we can delete it.

9. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or stored on our systems.
